Establishment of Supplementary Pension in the Domestic Sector.
This article of the National Collective Labor Agreement for Domestic Work provides for the establishment of a supplementary pension scheme for sector workers, with details to be defined within three months from the signing of the contract.
It is established that the contribution to the pension fund will be borne by both employers, with a rate of 1% of the remuneration, and workers, with a rate of 0.55% of the remuneration, both calculated on the basis of the salary useful for the severance pay.
This measure aims to provide greater financial security for domestic workers for their future.
Art.52 Supplementary Pension Provision
1. The Parties agree to establish a form of supplementary pension for workers in the sector, with terms to be agreed within three months from the signing of this contract.
2. For the practical implementation of what is provided for in the previous paragraph, the Parties agree that the employer's contribution will amount to 1 percent of the salary used to calculate the severance pay and the worker's contribution will amount to 0.55 percent of the salary used to calculate the severance pay.
