Constitution and Functions of the National Commission in Domestic Work
This article of the National Collective Labor Agreement for Domestic Work establishes a National Commission at the Ministry of Labor and Social Security. The commission is composed of representatives from the Trade Union Organizations of workers and the Employers' Associations that have signed this contract.

Art.45 National Commission for Pay Revision
1. A National Commission is established at the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, composed of representatives from the Trade Unions of workers and the Employers' Associations signing this contract.
2. Each trade union of workers and each employers' association designates its representative in the Commission, which decides unanimously.
3. The National Commission has the functions referred to in articles 35, 36 and 38.
