Annual Reassessment of Minimum Wages in Domestic Work
The article in question of the National Collective Agreement for Domestic Work establishes that the minimum wages for workers in the sector are defined in the tables attached to the contract (A, B, C, D, E, G, H, I, L) and provides for their annual reassessment.
This updating mechanism ensures that wages reflect economic changes and the cost of living, guaranteeing domestic workers fair compensation for their work.

Art.35 Minimum Wage
1. The minimum wages are set in tables A, B, C, D, E, G, H, I, and L attached to this contract and are re-evaluated annually according to the following art. 38.
