Role and Composition of the Domestic Work Fund
The article of the National Collective Labor Contract for Domestic Work introduces the Colf Fund, a joint body established by representatives of the employers' associations (FIDALDO and DOMINA) and workers' trade unions (FilcamsCGIL, Fisascat-CISL, UILTuCS, and Federcolf), each representing 50%.
The primary function of the Colf Fund is to manage the contributions collected as specified in the following article, 53, and to use them to support the execution of the contractual tools discussed in the preceding articles, particularly from article 45 onwards. This ensures that the necessary resources for the implementation and maintenance of contractual agreements are available and managed fairly.
